Set up for 7 women (but can double up): one in each exercise and one running the loop. Double up if more ladies!
Figure 8 squat (kettlebell)/v ups over kettle bell
Russian Twists (Bring a weight)
Plank up/downs/ plank shoulder taps
Skaters /Surrenders
Narwhals/ reverse crunch
Curtesy lunge /monkey humpers
Wallsits/ bridge hold against wall
One person assigned each exercise then one lady runs around parking lot to time the exercises. When running lady returns, switch!
