Start over at Station One. Run to each new corner. Stay as a group, do squats until everyone catches up. Station One: Imperial Walkers (10 HC) Station Two: Imperial Walkers (10 HC) Renegade Rows (10 HC) Station Three: Imperial Walkers (10 HC) Renegade Rows (10 HC) Overhead Tricep Press (10) / Rear Fly (10) Station Four: Imperial Walkers (10 HC) Renegade Rows (10 HC) Overhead Tricep Press (10) / Rear Fly (10) Woodchoppers (kneel or stand) (10 HC) Run back to park for abs.
