When it says 'I Get Knocked Down' do a burpee
on all other parts do punch squat punch alternating arms then do knee drive squat knee drive 4 times

The Thang: Partner Up
Round 1 - 20 reps
Round 2 - 15 reps
Round 3 - 10 reps
Round 4 - 5 reps
Set One:
Partner 1 does weighted squat step outs (10 per leg)
Partner 2 keeps cadence with partner 1 while doing weighted fire hydrants and kick backs
Switch partners and repeat
Set Two:
Partner 1 does weighted Deadlifts with a jump
Partner 2 keeps cadence with partner 1 while doing weighted reverse hypers with extensions
Switch partners and repeat
Set Three:
Partner 1 does Ninja Jumps (or Surrenders)
Partner 2 keeps cadence with partner 1 while holding a frog thruster and doing a weighted chest press and skull crusher
Switch partners and repeat
MARY: 10 Each
Set One:
Partner 1 does hand release Push-Ups with a Superman Crunch
Partner 2 holds low plank until partner 1 is finished
Switch partners and repeat
Set Two:
Partner 1 does weighted Bird Dog Crunches on the left side
Partner 2 holds the weight in the air while holding a right Side Plank
Switch partners and repeat
Set Three:
Partner 1 does weighted Bird Dog Crunches on the right side
Partner 2: holds the weight in the air while doing a left Side Plank
