10 Renegade Row Extension (left, right) Push-Up
5 Inchworm (holding dumbbells) with a Deadlift
Cardio Booty Blast Banded
10, 9, 8, 7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Seated Clamshells and Touch N Go Jump Squats
Glute Bridge with 3 clamshells per rep (weighted and banded)
5 Plank Pass Through
10 Each Leg - Lunges with a bicep curl to an open curl
15 Sumo Squat and Around the world to triceps extension
15 Tabletop Scarecrows to Squat and Press
10 Renegade Row Extension (left, right) Push-Up
5 Inchworm (holding dumbbells) with a Deadlift
Booty Blast:
Banded, 10 each:
Narwhals (with band and weight)
Fire Hydrant
Donkey
Straight Leg Raise
Rainbows
Do one leg through all of the exercises with little to no rest. Switch and repeat on the other leg.
Repeat so both legs go twice.
