Warm Up: Slow run through of exercises in first round - jabs, squat jumps, upper cuts, squat side kicks, jumping jacks, burpee, then moseying
The Thang:
Part 1
3 rounds, 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest
5 Jumping Jacks and 8 Jabs
Squat and Side Kick
Burpee and 8 Upper Cuts
4 Jabs, Squat, Jump and Switch Sides (turn 180)
Bob and Weave, and Front Kick
Part 2
Partner up. One person animal walks across parking lot while other does stationary exercise, then switch.
Horse Walk / Lunges
Frog Jumps / Shoulder Press
Duck Walk / Flyes
Monkey Shuffle / High Knees
Bear Crawl / Airplanes
Partner Abs - 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, 1 round
Plank and Low Five
Sit up and High Five
Side Plank and Toe Taps
