On the fly March 29, 2022 Ladies in Attendance led Shipwatch PAX- Olé, Bravado, Rio, Mellow, Dora, MVP, Beach Bum, Keys, Wrangler, Ninja, Petrillo, Angles, Heels, Vino The Thang Run around Circle We started with 11’s Exercises were Jumping Jacks and Burpees After that we did a Pier Workout 4 of each exercise into 4 walking lunges as we made our way down the pier. Each lady in attendance called out an exercise. Example: 4 squats, 4 walking lunges, 4 jumping jacks, 4 squats, 4 walking lunges, 4 squats, 4 jumping jacks, 4 imperial walkers, 4 walking lunges, etc. Exercises included: squats, jumping jacks, imperial walkers, pistol squat, raggedy ann’s, toy soldiers, inch worms, hallelujahs, arm circles, butt kicks. Run around the block Mary: Went around circle and called out Ab exercises, we did 10 of each. Exercises included: sit ups, bourbons, Aidra’s abs, donkey kicks, dead bugs, glute bridge with knee pulse, crunches, ankle biters, buzz saw, hip dips.
