4 rounds of each circuit


-High Knees, rest, Hip Thruster, rest

-Plank jacks, rest, fire hydrant, rest

-Reverse burpees, rest, walk out push up, rest

-Oblique knee crunch, rest, hold a plank, rest

-Monkey humpers, rest, tricep dips, rest

-Squat hold with heel lifts, rest, shoulder taps in a plank position, rest

-Squat jacks, rest, arm/shoulder twist, rest

-Rotating elbow T, rest, mountain Climbers, rest


MARY:

Hold in a sitting hollow position, do two Russian twist, 2 elbow taps to knees and then extend out and back to beginning position.
