Title: Olympic Victory Lap Date: 7/6/2021 Location: Riverside PAX: Hurricane, Doc, Treasure, Sparks, Nuke, Puzzle, Vida (FIA Lake Murray, SC), Southpaw, Mermaid, Foodie, Sunny, Chowda, Kaboom, Frosty, Cash Money, Red Card Warm Up: Mosey/Jog to Town Hall Building, then did Olympic Daily Challenge: 1 min 20 sec each of burpees, plank, froggers, wall sit, sit ups The Thang: Divided circular parking lot into six sections with chalk. PAX did one exercise as they moved to the next section, and so on. Before starting each new section, they did 10 crab toe touches/crab cakes. Once they completed all six sections and returned to where they started, they moved backward through the sections and did each exercise in a backward motion. Before starting each new section in this rotation, they did 10 jack jacks. The sections were: Inchworm to Froggies Alternating Side Squat Bear Crawl Broad Jump Burpees Walking Lunges with Hallelujahs 6 High Knees and 1 Push Up COT: "Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up." - Brene Brown
