Completion of burpees even for Olympics!

Weighted jello shooter

Shoulder press

Over hear tricep extension

Plank reverse row


Banded legs and butt:


Alternating reverse lunge

Lateral band walk and squat

Kick backs

Squat lateral leg raise

Monster walk to jump squat



Body weight abs:


IYW superwomen

Reverse crunches

Plank up/downs

Flutter kicks
