Warm Up:

Cherry Pickers
The Thang: Running between light poles adding another pearl (exercise) to the necklace at each pole.
Round 1:
Pole 1: 1 Burpee
Pole 2: 1 Burpee, 2 Plank Toe Taps (HC)
Pole 3: 1 Burpee, 2 Plank Toe Taps, 3 Tarantulas
Pole 4: 1 Burpee, 2 Plank Toe Taps, 3 Tarantulas, 4 Push-Ups
Pole 5: 1 Burpee, 2 Plank Toe Taps, 3 Tarantulas, 4 Push-Ups, 5 Side Plank with Hip Dips (HC)
Round 2: Same 5 exercises, same order, but everything times two.
Round 3: Same 5 exercises, same order, but everything times three.
Repeat, but change the tarantulas to Squat Jumps, and the Push-ups to Triceps Dips for all three rounds.
COT: I'm not the strongest. I'm not the biggest. I'm not the fastest. But I am CONSISTENT, PERSISTENT, RESILIANT, and I will NEVER GIVE UP! Your biggest enemy is you. You conquer your mind, tell yourself you can do it, never give up and you can accomplish anything!
