Warm-up: full moon shuffle(shuffle left/shuffle right/full moon(burpee))
The Thang: group 1 goes to the pier and does exercise down and back while group 2 stays at the benches where everything is in cadence and repeat bench workout until pier group comes back and then switch until you've made it through all 4 rounds.
Pier group: Broad jump/inch worm/jump in
Bench group: 10 push-ups, 10 tricep dips, 25 hallelujahs
Pier group: walking side squats
Bench group: 10 step ups (hard count)
10 side leg lifts, 10 jump squats
Pier: bunny hops
Bench group: 10 plank shoulder taps, 10 reverse plank knee ins, 10 plank jacks
Pier group: walking lunges
Bench group: 10 Bulgarian lunges, 10 glute bridge dips right, then left
