PAX- Country, Baker, Sails, Dora, Tidal Wave
The Thang
Do each round like an EMOM workout.
On the minute every minute
Repeat 3 times through
In between each round, rest 1 min
Round 1- (weighted)
Chest Fly, push ups, chicken wings, bicep curls, tri cep curls, serve the platter
Round 2- stage squat, inner thigh pulse, calf raises, Mike tysons, side leg lifts, dead lift with squat
Round 3- stage Glute bridge, side plank tuck, sit up twisted, reverse crunch, flutter kicks, double leg raise
COT- When you think you can’t, you better convince yourself you can and push harder…. This will show you that you had it in you all along.
