Warm up:

  • Jumping jacks, Butt kickers, High knees, Arm circles, Swimmers


The Thang:

Legs (with weights)

  • 25 squats

  • 20 side lunges (right)

  • 15 reverse lunges (right)

  • 10 single leg dead lifts (right)

  • 5 calf raises

  • 10 single leg dead lifts (left)

  • 15 reverse lunges (left)

  • 20 side lunges (left)

  • 25 squats


Arms (with weights)

  • 25 bicep curls

  • 20 shoulder press

  • 15 upright rows

  • 10 tricep kick backs

  • 5 front/lateral raise

  • 10 renegade rows (hard count)

  • 15 Carolina drydocks

  • 20 triceps dips

  • 25 shoulder taps


Abs

  • 25 hold plank

  • 20 LBCs

  • 15 Russian twist (weights)

  • 10 reverse crunch (weights)

  • 5 weighted sit ups
