March with High Knees to the opposite parking lot. Jog to the flag pole. Imperial Walkers
The Thang:
10 reps each
Each followed by 4 PJ Inchworms a run around the building and 4 Wall Walks
-Release the Frog
-Push Up to Side Plank
- Ninja Jump (Surrender but jump back up instead of stepping up)
- Bulgarian Split Squat (per leg)
- Reverse One Legged Burpee
- Oblique Hip Dip (per side)

-Cadence Count Superman Oblique Crunch (1-superman with hands on head and feet together 2-crunch right 3- crunch left)
- Tunnel of Love with Crab Crawl

- 10 Box Cutters
- Butterfly Crunches to exhaustion
- 10 Reverse Twisty Crunches
