Warm up: Jog from cars to police station, warm up stretches, lunges, hip openers, little baby arm circles fwd & back.
Thang:
♡Tunnel of Love- line up mats end to end in 1 straight line, have ladies line up side to side, almost shoulder to shoulder in plank form, lady at the end, Armycrawl under the Planking ladies. Once out of the tunnel, line up in plank formation at the end of the line. Next fia lady thru the Tunnel till you reach the end of the year mats. Once at the end you back the other way.
♤♡◇♧🤴👸War: FIA Cards,
1)cut deck in half,
2) place one pile inside of the parking lot, place other pile at the other end of the parking lot, and the ladies are in the middle in circle.
3)at the same time, one lady from one side of the circle runs to pile of cards brings back to circle. The other lady from the other side of circle runs to the other side of parking lot to grab card bring back to circle of ladies.
4) meanwhile all the ladies waiting in circle of mats are doing Rosalitas till the two runners come back.
5) once both runners are back, War begins, the large # value of the card wins & all the ladies do that excercise.
6) the next two ladies in circle run and grab the next two cards, all while the rest of the ladies are doing Rosalitas.( change it up to Flutter Kicks if you get tired of Rosalitas)
7) comple the whole deck, or if you comple it, reshuffle deck and start again
NEXT...
GAMES-
🦆🦆Duck, Duck, Plank
1) Make or Tighten up the yoga mat circle, where all the ladies are in a circle, toes in the center of circle all the ladies get into plank position.
2) Q starts the duck, duck process around the circle, all while ladies are in plank.
3)Goose a lady in the circle, run back to your mat before you are tagged. If you are tagged, you get to do 5 burpees and start ducking again. If your goose doesn't tag you then they get to do 5 burpees. Then they get to be the ducker.
