Warm Up: OYO as the workout is explained: High Knees, Cherry Pickers, March in Place


The Thang:


The Game: Weights must be held at ALL times for the entire 45 minute workout. 5 Burpee penalty (weighted) for every time a weight is dropped. (We had a total of 15 burpees)
