Title - Let’s Play (roll the dice and do that workout for 1 minute) Date - July 8th, 2021 Location - Lake Side Q - Mack Daddy Pax names - Mack Daddy, Tequila, Tidal Wave, Rio, Old School, Petrillo, Vino, & Feisty. Warm up - Olympic Challenge (100 seconds each!) Plank, wall sit, sit ups, burpees, froggers. Workout - Roll the dice! Do each exercise for one minute each. Repeat as necessary. Mountain climbers, jump lunges, Side plank, jump squats, wall sit, tricep dips, bicycle crunches, walking lunges, Russian twists, push ups, burpee’s, sumo squats, lateral lunges, skaters, Superman, floor dips, jumping Jacks, fire hydrants, Carolina dry docs. Run to the second stop sign and back. Words of wisdom - You are your biggest competition. You can’t expect to succeed if you only put in the work on the days you feel like it.
