Q: Wrangler
PAX: Ole, Rio, Vino, Dora, Sails, Mac Daddy, Tequila, Small town
Warm up exercises: cherry pickers, arm/side stretches, torso rotations
The Thang: (All exercises 3 sets of 10 using medium to heavy weight)
Block 1 x3
10 Front loaded squats
10 deadlifts
Block 2 x3
10 goblet sumo
10 weighted
Block 3 x3
10 Weighted bridge
10 Calf raises (rotate each set straight toe, pigeon toe and turn toes out)
Run to stop sign
HIIT x3
1 min High knee run
45 sec triple bear
30 sec squat jack
Run to stop sign
Abs (30 sec each move x3)
Prayer crunch
Plank leg lift
Rotating leg twists
Finish off with a few minutes of good stretching!!
So thankful for these ladies who come out, rain or shine! It means a lot that they show up for themselves every time!
