Nov. 5, 2021 Q- Olé Sidestreet PAX- Vino, Country, Bravado, Sails, Wrangler, Rio, Old School, Huevo The Thang Warm up- Stretch, Arm Circles, Cherry Pickers Backwards Pyramid 3 Rounds 1st exercise in each round 50 reps, 2nd 40 reps, and so on. Between each exercise, skip or run to next exercise station. Do level 1,2,3 and run 1/2 block. Repeat levels and run Level 1 Pilé Pumps, Calf Raise, Flutter Kicks, Windshield Wipers, High Knees Level 2 Frog Hip Thrust, Donkey Kicks, Bicycles, Sumo Squats, Superman Level 3 Monkey Humpers, Reverse Crunch, Fire Hydrants, Lateral Raises, Mountain Climbers COT “Win the battle in your mind” “Your legs are not giving out, your head is giving up, keep going” Prayer
