The Thang: 6 cones down the lane, each cone has one exercise. Start one lane with 5 burpees, finish the lane, do 5 burpees, then the other lane
1st lane:
10 - Front raise/lateral raise
20 - Reverse lunge w/bicep curl
25 - Mountain climbers
30 - Squat to OH press
40 - Side lunges (20 each side)
50 - Tricep extension
2nd lane:
50 - Tricep kickback
40 - Dead lift to upright row
30 - Sumo squat w/ calf raise
25 - Plank jacks
20 - Curtsy lunge w/hammer curl
10 - Pushup with renegade rows
Mat series:
20 weighted sit-ups
25 Russian twists
30 bench press to fly
40 glute bridges
Abs series, 1 minute each:
Flutterkicks
Dead bugs
Box cutters
Plank series
