Warm Up:
Jumping Jacks, Butt Kicks, High Knees, Cherry Pickers
The Thang:
11's for time. 10 minutes for each set using a kettlebell or single weight
Set 1: Kettlebell swings run to platform for Box Jumps run back
Set 2: Walking twisty lunges to monkey grip push-up (hard count on both)
Set 3: Goblet Squat with shoulder press, run to the wall and do walking wall sits (hard count) run back
