Push-Ups Tricep Dips Narrow leg Dead w/ heel lifted(right then left)/ upright row Kettle bell swing Run down the stairs up the stairs 5,4,3,2,1.... Devils press burpee Mary: Hover left leg: right leg straight up: LBC Reach Right Right leg up and down All the way up twist and pull right leg in Repeat on left Side plank Forearm touch elbow to mat Sit up twist/twist Cross legs lift up/ switch cross COT: Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
