#4 Front Raises to Side Raises
#5 Push up to Mountain Climber (4 count) no weight

45 Sec hop over parking line 15 sec rest
1- Front to back hops
2- Right leg single lateral hops
3- Left Leg single lateral hops
4 - 180 hops
5. Side to side lateral hops
