Warm Up: 5 minutes

50 sec jog in place - 10 sec rest,

50 sec high knees - 10 sec rest,

50 sec butt kicks - 10 sec rest,

50 sec air squat - 10 sec rest,

50 sec toe touches - 10 sec rest

Jog to Town Hall drive set up in spaces.

The Thang:

EMOM 5 rounds each

10-15 reps with weights

#1 Front squat to Thruster

#2 Alt lunge to bicep curl

#3 Bent Over Row to Tricep Kick Back

#4 Front Raises to Side Raises

#5 Push up to Mountain Climber (4 count) no weight

Line is Lava

45 Sec hop over parking line 15 sec rest

1- Front to back hops

2- Right leg single lateral hops

3- Left Leg single lateral hops

4 - 180 hops

5. Side to side lateral hops
