We only made it through 1 x and the 1st group of 5 before we moved into the finisher.
Finisher:
To the song Only You Can by Jeremy Camp-
Squat & 1/2 the entire song but when you hear the words “Surrender” you do a Surrender Squat and when you hear “Only you Can” you do a Squat calf Raise.

Lord, Thank you for these ladies who got up this morning to come workout. Thank you for this beautiful morning lord may your light shine through us as we go into this week. Whatever life throws at us this week let us not forget you lord you already know the outcome and we should put our trust in you. I pray for each and every one of these ladies this morning lord you know what on their hearts. In your name I pray Amen.
