1: Russian twists
1: Squat twist
1: Mountain climbers
1: Tricep dips
1: plank hold

1: plank to frog jump back to plank
1: Carolina dry dogs OR vertical push ups
1: Prone alternating leg raises
1: Wall sit
1: Plank shoulder taps

Head circles
Tricep stretch each side
Arm stretch across chest
Trunk rotations
