Interval full body 6/14/2022 AO: Riverside Q: Coleman PAX: Voyager, Red Card, Chef, Barkley, Plant mama, smokey, cash money, treasure, scorpion, Kaboom Warm up: Arm circles Cherry pickers Knee to elbow trunk twist Jog the long way to senior center The Thang: Three stations with exercise at one minute intervals with 20 seconds of rest between each one. One minute rest between stations. Number 1 1 : Jump Squats 1: High kneeling to squat 1: Glute bridge leg lifts 1: Walking lunges 1: plank up/downs Number 2 1: Russian twists 1: Squat twist 1: Mountain climbers 1: Tricep dips 1: plank hold Number 3 1: plank to frog jump back to plank 1: Carolina dry dogs OR vertical push ups 1: Prone alternating leg raises 1: Wall sit 1: Plank shoulder taps Times 2 Stretching/cool down: Head circles Tricep stretch each side Arm stretch across chest Trunk rotations Side bends COT: Worrying won’t stop the bad stuff from happening, it will only stop you from enjoying the good.
