I Need One Minute
(Each set is 1 minute for each exercise, repeat until time is up)
SET ONE (weighted)
*Lunge w/ tri cep kickback (30 sec. per side)
*Squat pulse w/ criss cross arms
*Single leg deadlift with a bicep curl into a shoulder press (left)
*Single leg deadlift with a bicep curl into a shoulder press (right)
*Run block
SET TWO (weighted)
*Arm pendulums
*Shoulder taps
*Glute bridge (pulse or still)
*Reverse
*Run block
SET THREE
*Bicycle into v-sit
*Superman into a side hop plank
*Double leg lift into a hello Dolly
*Scissors
*Run block
