Hip Opener Set (banded 1/4 squat 3 outward pulse holds, 1/2 squat repeat, full butt to ground repeat, 1/2 squat repeat, then repeat the whole set on the other leg)

Squat Countdown from 10 (Clams and Squat Jumps)

Repeat on Left Leg
Leg raise set (full raise, raise and 1/4, circles)
Repeat on left leg
Abs - 10 Reps Each weighted
Plank Pass Push-up, Row Extensions, Hip Dips
Russian Twists, Dead Bugs, V-Ups
OH Big Girls, Frog Crunch, Big Girl Pull Overs
