*Bulgarian Splits (it’s a lunge) one leg on stage
*Wall sit w/ clam
*Glute frog pulse
*calf raise
ARMS-
*Push Up (inclined)
*V front (palm out) tri-cep extension
*Front Lateral raise to middle into bi-cep curl
*Goal Post pulse
*Curtains
*Pull up pants
ABS-
*Wall Kicks (inverted on stage)
*Up/down plank
*Plank twist
*Boat pulse (slow)
*Plank reach back (weighted)
*Sit ups
5 star jacks or 5 burpees or both =)
Repeat until time is up
