Riverside - F3/FiA Convergence
Q: FiA - Vino F3 - Overruled
PAX: Wrangler, Turbo, Sister Act, Twilight, South Paw, Voyager, Hurricane, Puzzle, Huevo, Vino
Warm Up:
Jumping Jacks
Imperial Walkers
Cherry Pickers
The Thang:
Jack Webb - 1 push up to 4 overhead presses - continue 2/8, 3/12...all the way to 10/40
Partner Workout:
Partners run in opposite directions around cones. When you meet, do:
10 chainbreakers
10 imperial squats
10 American Hammers
10 burpees
Keep going in same direction - when you meet again, do 9 of each exercise. Keep going and when you meet do 8...all the way to 1. Plank in the center and wait for everyone to be done.
Round 2:
10 shoulder taps in plank
10 monkey humpers
10 raggedy anns
10 mountain climbers
Indian Run when done - person in back does 2 pushups and then runs to the front of the line. Continue until all PAX are done.
