Reverse Burpee

Plank Jacks
-Level 2- Repeat exercises but times 15 by 2 (30 reps each)
Replace Reverse Burpees with Monkey Humpers
Ab crusher- 3 reps at 5 times
Hold a V sit and cross each elbow to each knee one at a time, Russian twist to each side and go into hollow body back to a v sit.
