Have Weights- Will travel! 10/9/21 Convergence At The Complex Q: Maui PAX: Maui, Slainte, Sunny, welcome FNG Terrier Warm Up- 1/2 mile run, air squats x15, stretch The thing- Have Weights- Will travel! 4 stations- 3 moves per station for 15 reps/move hard count- spaced over the large lot at the complex. 1- biceps curls, triceps dips, W curls 2- weighted front squats, ground to overhead, push press 3- alternating plank shoulder taps, mountain climbers, 1 min plank hold 4- BG weighted situps, push ups, plank weight pull throughs (Trading with your weights from station to station- sprint from 1-2 & 3-4, walking lunges from 2-3 & 4-1) 30 minutes of work, as many rounds as possible. Cool down- 1/2 mile run, stretch
