Mosey from parking lot to the street side wall at the Senior Center
The Thang
2 Minute Wall-Sit (proper form, hands above head)
1 Minute Plank
45 Seconds Burpees
30 Seconds Froggers
Mosey back to the senior center parking lot.
Exercises are done in a clockwise circuit. Each parking space has two exercises, alternate as you repeat the circuit. We did 2.5 circuits in the time allotted. Extra Equipment: Farmers Carry bars w/ weights (can sub dumbbells) and a battle rope hooked to the car. Layout on Page 2.
