Glute Buster July 15, 2021 Q: Scorpion AO: Riverside Pax: Puzzle, Karaoke, Cashmoney, Roundhouse, Nuke, Treasure, Doc, Slainte, Voyager, Southpaw, Sunny, Phantom, FNG’s Leap, Flare and Homestead Warm up- 30 reps of each Toe touches Butt kickers Arm circles Mosey over to the senior center parking lot The thang- Ladder drill with a run in between each set! All soft count. 100 Jumping jacks with dumbbell press 90 Reverse leg lift w weight 80 Tricep pulses 70 Squats with calf raises holding your weights 60 Fire hydrants 30 on each side w weights 50 Single leg lift glute bridges with weights 40 Side lunges with weights alternate sides halfway through 30 Dumbbell single leg dead lift 20 Scorpions 10 pushups Finish with a 2:50 plank for the Olympic challenge The greater the struggle the the more glorious the triumph!
