The Thang: Glitches (Complete Cone 1, run to and complete cone 2, run back to cone one and complete, run and complete cone 2, run and complete cone 3, run back to cone one and complete 1, then 2, then 3, then 4)


Cone 1: 5 Burpees

Cone 2: 5 Sumo Jump Squats

Cone 3: 10 Jump Lunges

Cone 4: 10 Squat Tuck Jumps


Run to the end of the street (about 25 yards) then back.


Cone 1: 5 Triceps Push-Ups

Cone 2: 5 Carolina Dry Docks

Cone 3: 10 Triceps Dips

Cone 4: 10 Wide Push-Ups with a side plank arm raise


Run to the end of the street (about 25 yards) then back.


*Repeat as many times as time permits (2-3 times for 30 minutes)
