Q: Hurricane

PAX: Hurricane, Southpaw, Slainte', Puzzle, Cash Money, Nuke, Kaboom, Doc, Treasure, Scorpion, Passport, Sunny, Karaoke, Twilight, Voyager, Montana, Barkley, Bookworm, Frosty, Red Card


Warm Up:


2 group games at the same time:


Game 1: Hungry Hungry Hippos

4 teams of 3:

1 person rolls on their stomach (on a skateboard or knee board) to the center where balls are laid out and uses a basket to capture as many balls as they can as the other two team mates pull them back with a rope. This repeats until all balls are gone from the center. The two teams with the most stay to play again. The other two teams switch to the balloon game.


Game 2: Balloon Game

Everyone plays as a team

6 balloons all different colors are thrown in the air at once. You must keep the balloons from hitting the ground. Players can not hit the same balloon more than one time before another person hits it. Every time a balloon touches the ground there is a 2 Push- Up Penalty. Continuous play until it's time to switch with the other game.


Jumping Jacks to wait.


The Thang: Shoots and Ladders


Climb Up Ladder One:

10 Star Jumps

20 Plank Jacks

30 Bear Crawl Squeezes

40 Donkey Kicks (per leg)

50 Hyper Pulses


PJ Inchworms down the shoot to the next ladder


Climb Up Ladder Two:

10 High Jumps

20 Tarantulas

30 Curtsey Lunges (per leg)

40 Side to Side Lunges (per leg)

50 Squats


MARY:

Wonder Woman:

20 Reps Each 5 Squat Jump Penalty


Hello Dolly V-Ups

In Out V-Ups

Hip Dips (left, right=1)

Star Crunches (left, right=1)

Bridge knee raises (left, right=1)

Reverse Plank with leg raise (left, right=1)

Butterfly LBC's

Big Girl Sit-Ups

Plank Toe Taps (left, right,=1)

Bunny hops


Stretching and hip mobility for 2 minutes


COT: Having fun makes you a magnet for miracles. Don't forget to have some fun while your pushing towards your goals. Keep those little steps, you don't have to make leaps all at once.
