Wall sit jello shooters
Wall sit with overhead press
Wall sit with lateral raise to overhead (rainbow motion)
Wall sit with full bicep curl
Wall sit with press out
Run a lap
Round 2: (30 on, 10 rest)
Reverse Lunge
Squat variation
Banded lateral leg lift to kick back
Banded squat walk mat length
Banded mountain climbers (around feet)
Run a lap
Ab series: (30 on, 10 rest)
Weighted Russian twist
Reverse crunches
Plank weight pass from hands to opposite foot
Weighted dead bugs One side at at time. Then switch to other side for other 30
Run a lap
Repeat!
