30 Second Jump Squats
30 Second Hip Dips
Set 2: 16 Deadlift with Rows
30 Second Burpee
30 Side to Side Floor Hops
Set 3: 16 Lunge with bicep curl
30 Second Jump Lunges
30 Second Reverse Crunches
Set 4: 16 Sumo Squat with Tricep Extension
30 Second Sumo Squat Jump
30 Second LBC's
Set 5: 16 Side Lunge with Lat raises
30 Second Curtsey Lunge Jumps
30 Second Mountain Climbers
After the superset one more round of 16 Squat and Press followed by 30 seconds of Jump Squats.
