4 corners of parking lot where 2 Exercises are to be completed that are listed on the paper. You run to each four stations and complete each station 4x. You will have completed 4 laps and each excercise save five minutes of workout for mary. 1 of 4 station listed below:

Line all ladies up into a circle with mat facing each other with a little room in the center for medicine ball to be pushed singled handed while hilding a plank by each lady. While the music is playing the ball is rolled to each person then when music stops whoever gets the ball last does 2 burpees.
Music starts again ball rolls when music stops ball stops next person to do 2 burpees.
