Four Corner Burn Sept. 28, 2021 Q- Olé Shipwatch PAX- Feisty, Crochet, Baker, Small Town, Buoy, Sister Act, Ninja, Keys, Tidal Wave, Wrangler, Rio, Turbo, Bravado, Tequila, Mack Daddy, Vino The Thang Stretch You need 4 corners (we worked out on a Tennis court) Each corner has 3 rounds. Each round has 3 exercises. 1st round is 10 reps of each exercise 2nd round is 20 reps of each exercise 3rd round is 30 reps of each exercise The object of each corner is to try to have arms, legs and abs each round. ****bear crawl to the next corner Exercises include: inch worms, jump squats, push ups, jumping jacks, reverse crunches, jump lunges, high knees, hallelujahs, froggers, kneeling thrust, tri-cep dips, bunny hops, raggedy anns, chair squats, calf raises, around the world, frog glute bridge, Russian twist, surrenders, popcorn squats, sit-ups, pile pumps, Rosalitas, dolphins, plank jacks, fire hydrants, flutter kicks, crabby star, reverse lunges, 30 sec plank hold Mary- sally with abs COT The only way you see results, is if you stay consistent.
