FOR ELEVENS SAKE Date: May 18, 2021 Q: Red Card Pax: Cash Money, Treasure, Lobstah, Frosty, Kaboom, Hurricane, Foodie, Mermaid, Sparks, Uptown, Scorpion, Karaoke, Nuke, Sandpiper, Southpaw, Sunny, Twilight. Warm Up: 30 Seconds each while explaining High Knees Butt Kickers Toy Soldiers The Thang: Mosey to library for first set of 11’s. Boy Bands and Monkey Humpers (but we did plank jacks whoops) Second set of 11’s: Plank Jacks and Crab Cakes on the dead end road. This is the LONG run and intentional =). Third set: starting point; Dips and pushups on the shorter road where we warm up. Ab-O-Rama was planned pending time, so 20x each in plank position: Elbows Shoulders Knees Hips Feet COT: This was a play off Chowda’s 11’s workout she brought to Riverside. I changed a few things and we did not do a few things, but we did run A LOT and I am so proud. “Your body can stand almost ANYTHING. It’s your mind that you have to convince!” The mental aspect is crucial for myself and I feel like it is for many others, as well!
