Warm Up: 20 JJ’s, Deconstructed Burpee (45 seconds of Boot Strappers, 45 seconds of Push Ups, 45 seconds of Bobby Hurley’s)


The Thang:

Mosey to the Library lot. First set of 11’s Squat Jumps/Squat to Calf Raise, running the length of the lot between each set.

Mosey to the dead end street. Second set of 11’s Plank Jacks/Parker Peters, running the length of the street (longer run on this one!).

Mosey back to start. Third set of 11’s Dips/Push Ups (we were short on time, so eliminated the run and did these back to back/stationary)


Ab-O-Rama: Plank Series borrowed from FiA Phoenix. High plank position. Complete all exercises back to back without dropping.

Plank cross tap elbows 20 ic (in cadence)

Plank cross tap shoulders 20 ic

Plank cross tap hips 20 ic

Plank cross tap knees 20 ic

Plank cross tap toes 20 ic

(I think we did a count of 30 each instead of 20 ic. Either way, it was a blast!)


COT:

Way to go pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone. LOTS of running, major calorie burn, LOADS of encouragement, cheers and smiles.


Strength. There are so many meanings to that word; physical, mental, emotional. Each day you find strength to get up, do something beneficial for yourself, and share positivity with others. I’m so lucky that you share 45 minutes of your day with me. You make me a stronger person. Proof that FiA is more than a workout. #bettertogether #strongertogether
