Warm Up:
Attempted to do a frisbee run, but since the wind wouldn't cooperate we did a quick jog around the park.
Cherry Pickers side to side and front to back
Imperial Walkers
The Thang: Everything is done on an elevation using the amphitheater wall.
After Each Block run to the playground and slide down the slide, then run back
Block 1:
20 Single Leg Glute Bridges (per leg)
10 Box Jumps
20 Triceps Dips
10 Inchworms
Block 2:
20 Step Up Pops (per leg)
10 Box Jumps
20 Flutter Kick Crunches
10 Decline Push Ups
Block 3:
20 Bulgarian Split Squats (per leg)
10 Box Jumps
20 Toe Touch Crunches
10 Up Down Mountain Climbers
