Warm-Up

OYO as each compound move is explained


The Thang: With weights, 39 minutes no rest. 45 seconds compound move 15 second cardio blast



45s - Inchworm: Walk the weights out, push-up, walk the weights back in, deadlift, upright row

15s - Jump Squat

45s - Plank Pass the weight to your opposite side foot, repeat with the other side, push-up, bring the weights back to start one at a time.

15s - Jumping Jacks

45s - 3 way curls while holding a squat - side curl, bicep curl, push down, hammer curl

15s - Star Jacks

45s - Kneeling Hinge with a lateral raise putting weights on shoulders and going into a surrender

15s - Imperial Walkers

45s - Plank Row and extension right side

15s - Mountain climber

45s - Plank Row and extension left side

15s - Cross Body Mountain climbers

45s - Donkey Fire Right side - with weight in the knee bend, donkey kicks to fire hydrants

15s - Plank Jacks

45s - Donkey Fire Left side

15s - High Knees

45s - Holding Sumo Squat with a calf raise and Triceps Extensions

15s - Butt Kickers

45s - Chest Pull Pass the Weight (from boat hold, chest pull and place the weight on your legs near ankles, extend back to boat hold, pull back in to retrieve the weight and start over)

15s - Sit-up

45s - Closed Leg Bridges (weight on hips knees and feet together)

15s - Bicycles

45s - Holding a chair squat, front raise, pull weights to chest and push back out then back to start

15s - Squat Jumps

45s - Alternating Side Lunge to Reverse Lunge with a front raise or a kickback

15s - High Knees


Repeat x 3 with no rest


For the cardio it was just whatever was called out in no specific order


COT: I'm so thankful for each and every woman who gets up and gives it her all every workout. You all are inspiring and I'm blessed to know you and run with you towards your goals.

Thanks for giving me a reason to get out of bed today when all I really wanted to do was hide under the covers from the realities of the day. I will choose positivity. I will choose faith. I will choose to show grace even when it's hard. I will not allow fear to control me.
