The Thang: Trying to stay out of the chilly rain, we moved to the overhangs and entrances of the buildings around the AO to complete a Dirty Mac Deuce taken from one of Green Thumbs workouts. DMD = arm, ab, leg 12 ic reps each four times. We moseyed to a new spot after each set.
