Dirty Dozen: Pulse It

Warm up: squat with arm lift, rear lunge with a knee lift, wide lunge, inchworms, high knees
Repeat two times through
Lower Body:
curtesy squat into a side lunge-12
Dead lift into a row-12
Squat into overhead press-12
Leg ham curls with weight-12
Leg lift finisher- PULSE IT for 3 sets of 8.
Upper Body-12 each
Shoulder Press into a tricep overhead Ext
Plank walk out/walk in
Side/ front lateral raises
Bicep curls
PULSE IT- 3 sets of 8
Abs-12 each
Weighted butterfly crunch
Weighted leg lifts
Kneeling woodchoppers
Russian twists
LBCs- PULSE IT- 3 sets of 8
Finisher- repeat all the pulses
