Dirty dozen Date: 6/4/21 AO: sidestreet Q: Wrangler Pax: ratchet, vino, white claw, shadow, tidal wave, country, keys, Picasso Warm up: cherry pickers, squat twists, lunge and reach, arm circles The thang: ** Do 12 reps of each exercise and go back to the top. Burpees Bicep curls Squat jumps Renegade row with a twist and reach Inch worms with push ups Plank shoulder taps High knees Plank tricep kick back (6each arm) Mountains climber Gun show (6 each arm) Inchworm with push ups Plank jacks Ab finisher: 45 sec work/ 10 sec rest in between each move LBC Cross crunches with knees bend at 90 Bicycles Leg extensions (in and out) Flutter kicks Big girl sit ups Stretching Circle of trust and name o Rama It was pouring rain but these ladies showed up and locked it out of the park! We got 3 rounds of the dirty dozen! Closed out with a an extremely relevant quote (figuratively and literally in the storm) and prayer. “Strong women aren’t simply born.
