The run in each circuit was around the loop of the parking lot Circuit 1 Over head press, squat, boat pulse, run, renegade row Burpee Circuit 2 Serve the platter, donkey kick, reverse crunch, run, jumping jacks Circuit 3 Side hammer curl, side lunge, hello dolly, run, froggers Circuit 4 Bicep curl, fire hydrant, straight leg lift, run, Mike tysons Circuit 5 Around the world, inner thigh pulse, Superman, run, mountain climbers Circuit 6 Chest fly, plié pulse, big giro sits ups, run, plank jacks COT- Be loud about the things that are important to you.
