Title: Deck of Death Date: 10/23/21 Q: Country Location: The Complex PAX: Rio, Wrangler, Bravado, Tidal Wave, Crochet, Nester, Scorpion, Slainte, Maui, Chickie, Sweet Tea (FNG) & Pom Pom (FNG) Warm Up: Cha Cha Slide The Thang: Circle Up - The deck of cards was placed in the middle - Each PAX had to pick a card and call out the time and the exercise on the card but to get to the card you had to Bear Crawl, Crab Walk, Broad Jump, or Lunge. Hearts: 60 Sec Clubs: 45 Sec Spades: 30 Sec Diamonds: 15 Sec Exercises included - Bunny Hops, Burpees, Plank Shoulder Taps, Mountain Climbers, Russian Twist, Lunges, Fire Hydrants, Monkey Humpers, Squats, Tricep Dips, Run around the parking lot, Flutter Kicks and Push Ups & Plank Jacks ABS: 30 Sec Crunches, 60 Sec Crunches with feet up, 60 Sec Bicycles, 60 Sec Leg Lifts, 30 Sec Russian Twist. COT: So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today. Matthew 6:34 This verse is a reminder when life gives you some not so great cards.
