Warm Up:
Backwards run to the end of the street and back
5 Inchworm Push-Ups
The Thang: Every set includes 2 exercises. Complete 10 reps of both then 9, 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 before moving on to the next set, everything with weights or bands.
Weighted Jacks - Dead Lift
Reverse Fly - Triceps Kick Backside
Banded Clamshells - Touch N Go Jump Squats
Chest Fly - Big Girl Sit-Ups
Single Leg Squat - Biceps Curls
Banded Push-Ups - Windows
Donkey/Fire - Rainbows
COT: Mentally tough athletes master the ability to push themselves. They are able to physically, and more importantly, mentally, push beyond existing comfort zones and self imposed limitations.
