“Count Down Together” Partner Workout 12/10/2021 Q: Bravado AO: Side Street Pax: Bravado, Huevo, Wrangler, Rio, Sails, Shadow, Mellow, Pollo, Petrillo, Olé, Keys, Hook, Feisty The Thing: Warm Up: Mosey to community campus parking lot Progressive rounds switching back and forth between partners so that both partners complete ther full round of exercises. Run a lap in-between each round! Round 1: Burpees & Squats Partner 1 does 10 burpees while Partner 2 does 20 squats. Then Partner 1 does 20 squats while Partner 2 does 10 burpees. Partner 1 then does 9 burpees while Partner 2 does 18 squats. Partner 1 then does 18 squats while Partner 2 does 9 burpees. Continue descending and going back and forth, working simultaneously on the opposing exercise. Burpees 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Squats 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 (55 burpees per person total) (110 squats per person total) Run a lap Round 2: In-Outs & Jumping Jacks Same formula - Partner 1 starts with 10 In-Outs while Partner 2 does 20 Jumping Jacks. Then switch, Partner 1 does 20 jumping jacks, Partner 2 does 10 In-Outs. Continue descending down, switching back and forth. In-Outs 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Jacks 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Run a lap Round 3: Steps-Ups & Mountain Climbers This round they are equal, 1:1 count. Partner 1 starts with 20 Step-Ups, Partner 2 starts with 20 Mountain Climbers (both Hard Count). Descend by twos. Step-Ups 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Mtn Climbers 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Run a lap Round 4: Squat Jumps & Push-Ups Back to the formula. Partner 1 does 10 Squat Jumps while Partner 2 does 20 Push-Ups. Then Partner 1 does 20 push-ups while Partner 2 does 10 Squat Jumps. Modification: While the Squat Jumping partner is waiting for the other to finish the push-ups, you can hold a squat, do 1:1 squat jumps (do the same number of squat jumps to push-ups), or use this breather to catch your breath! Continue in descending order. Squat Jumps 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Push-Ups 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Run a lap Mary: 20 reps each Leg Raises Dead Bugs Bird Dog Crunches (Hard Count - 20 per side) Plank Hold (30 seconds) Big Girl Sit-Ups COT: Quote, prayer, and name-o-rama
